PayPro Payroll Reviews

PayProCorp is a US-based HR service which provides support for processing payrolls. It specialists cover all 50 states, with specific knowledge on each area, providing a full payroll service if you’d prefer them to take on the whole process. Alternatively, you can opt to use their various online tools to calculate, file and maintain payroll, as well as paying employees and taxes on time. 

Payroll is quite a small part of what Paypro offers its clients. The majority of its tools are focused around HR issues. The site also provides a range of client and employee resources, which include web conferencing, tutorials, manuals, self service options and a range of accounts (health care, commuter and others).

Their HR Lite Solutions are probably the most relevant external features for payroll. Here you can store information on each employee’s skills and education, as well as monitoring events, work distribution, time off, insurance and more. This is useful when it comes to recalculating payroll for a particular employee, especially if you feel they deserve a bonus or require a deduction due to time off.

The site offers very little detail about its payroll solutions, although there is a (cheesy) video explaining their You’ve Got Paid system. As well as controlling payroll, this system allows employees to access their payslips online (including mobile devices) or for managers to check on a wider range of information.

In order to register on your network, new employees add their own information and, once they’ve entered their data, you’re set. Employers can view overall data rather than having to look at each slip, and these documents can then be used to apply for mortgages and more. You’ve Got Paid also allows payroll specialists to adjust stats to include union contributions and more. 

More generally, the PayProCorp.com offers support to clients with a variety of online documents. You can also check out the latest updates from the team or contact them using an online form. There is no mention as to whether this software will integrate with your existing accounting software, so we advise contacting the support staff if you need to find out more.

PayProCorp might be useful for their full services, especially since they are state-specific. However, we remain unconvinced by their online tools for employers and payroll staff, and feel that you can probably find better software elsewhere. Still, there’s enough here to warrant a visit, particularly if you think you’ll benefit from their extra HR services.
